Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of changing in ink viscosity when an ink composition varies by becoming high in ink density when an ink component in ink reduces by volatilization since the ink is deteriorated though depending on a preservation state when a solvent and the ink component are placed in a mixed state, deteriorating the ink in about two years even when preserved in an excellent state such as a cold dark place, and receiving influence by a use area such as becoming difficult in making an ink particle of exerting influence on a printing quality since the ink viscosity becomes low when the ambient temperature of an IJP body is high.SOLUTION: An ink container comprises an ink component preservation part for preserving an ink component and a solvent preservation part for preserving a solvent preservable in a state of not contacting with the ink component preserved in the ink component preservation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】溶剤とインク成分を混ぜ合わせた状態で置いておくと、保存状態にもよるが、インクが劣化し、インク中のインク成分が揮散などにより減少してインク濃度が高くなり、インク組成が変動することでインク粘度に変化が出る。冷暗所など状態良く保存した場合でも、約2年程度でインクが劣化してしまう。また、IJP本体の周囲温度が高いとインク粘度が低くなり、印字品質に影響を及ぼすインク粒子の作成が困難になるなど、使用地域による影響を受けるという課題がある。【解決手段】インク成分を保存するインク成分保存部と、前記インク成分保存部に保存されるインク成分と接触しない状態で保存可能な溶剤を保存する溶剤保存部と、を備えるインク容器である。【選択図】 図5 |
