Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gas insulated switchgear which improves reliability of airtightness by reducing a weld length.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gas insulated switchgear includes: a plate press step for folding at least one end of each of multiple, four or more tabular members and creating multiple container members each including a barrel plate part at one side and a folded part at the other side with a folding line defined as a boundary; an arrangement step for arranging the barrel plate parts of the multiple container members in a cylindrical shape and arranging the folded parts of the multiple container members on the same plane; a weld step for creating a cylindrical barrel part of a sealed container and creating a front flange part of a front opening part by welding mutually adjacent container members among the multiple container members; and an assembly step for housing an opening/closing device inside of the cylindrical barrel part and assembling the sealed container by bringing a lid body into press-contact with the front flange part while interposing a gas seal member between the lid body and the front flange part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】溶接長を短くすることで、気密性の信頼性が高いガス絶縁開閉装置の製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明に係るガス絶縁開閉装置の製造方法は、4枚以上の複数の板状部材のそれぞれの少なくとも一方の端部を折り曲げて、その折り曲げ線を境界とする一方側に胴板部および他方側に折り曲げ部をそれぞれ有してなる複数の容器部材を作製する平板プレス工程と、複数の容器部材のそれぞれの胴板部を筒状に配置するともに、それら複数の容器部材のそれぞれの折り曲げ部を同一平面上に配置する配置工程と、密封容器の筒状胴体部を作製するとともに、それら複数の容器部材の互いに隣接する間をそれぞれ溶接して前方開口部の前方フランジ部を作製する溶接工程と、筒状胴体部の内部に開閉機器を収容し、蓋体と前方フランジ部との間にガスシール部材を挟んで、蓋体を前方フランジ部に圧接することにより密封容器を組み立てる組み立て工程とを備える。【選択図】 図5
