Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience while reducing operation load on a user using an apparatus.SOLUTION: A user wears a wearable device, such as a smart watch, corresponding to the same wireless system as a low electric power access point installed in a meeting room. Furthermore, this user previously registers the terminal ID of a portable terminal operated by oneself in the wearable device.
