Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch detection method capable of detecting all touch pressure together with a touch position on a touch surface, and a touch sensor panel, a touch detector, and a touch input device performing the touch detection method.SOLUTION: A touch detector performs touch detection on a touch sensor panel including a plurality of first electrodes T1 to Tn, a plurality of second electrodes R1 to Rm, and a plurality of third electrodes C1 to Cs. The touch detector includes: a driving signal supplying unit which applies a driving signal to the plurality of first electrodes; and a sensing unit which receives input of a first signal including information on electrostatic capacitance changing depending on the touch on a touch surface of the touch sensor panel from the plurality of second electrodes.
