PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient information management system that enables office procedures to be made strict and reduction in management costs in the patient information management system.SOLUTION: A patient information management system 1 includes: a database 2 in which an electronic medical chart K recording patient information composed of information about patients and identification information for uniquely identifying the patient in association with each other are stored; a payment terminal 4 that acquires a unique number assigned to each national one by one; and a management terminal 5 that performs processing about the electronic medical chart K.
