Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent belt to which pressure is applied at a nip part formed by the transparent belt being wound around a transparent roll and through which light from a light source transmits, and suppress scattering of light between the transparent roll and transparent belt compared with a configuration where a base material layer is arranged closest to the transparent roll.SOLUTION: A transparent belt 22 is applied with pressure at a nip part N formed by the transparent belt being wound around a transparent roll 28 and through which a laser beam Bm from a light source 24 transmits.
