PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water correctly with both a steam mode cooking program and a high temperature combination mode cooking program in a heating cooker which generates steam in a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: In a heating cooker 10, a conduit 30 for introducing water for generating steam in a cooking chamber 12 includes a first conduit 31 and a second conduit 32 in which a flow rate is smaller than that of the first conduit 31. The control is performed in such a manner that, when executing a steam mode cooking program, water is introduced into the cooking chamber 12 from the first conduit 31 to generate steam, and when executing a combination mode cooking program, water is introduced into the cooking chamber 12 from the second conduit 32 to generate steam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】調理庫内で蒸気を発生させる加熱調理器において、スチームモード調理プログラムと高温のコンビモード調理プログラムとの両方で的確に水を供給する。【解決手段】加熱調理器１０においては、調理庫１２内にて蒸気を発生させるための水を導入する導水管３０は第１導水管３１と、第１導水管３１よりも流量が少ない第２導水管３２とを備え、スチームモード調理プログラムを実行するときには、第１導水管３１から調理庫１２内に水を導入させて蒸気を発生させるようにし、コンビモード調理プログラムを実行するときには、第２導水管３２から調理庫１２内に水を導入させて蒸気を発生させるように制御した。【選択図】図２
