Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which can improve efficiency for transmitting a calorie of a combustion gas to a heat transfer pipe, and a combustion apparatus having the same.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of fins 51 and heat transfer pipes 52. A plurality of the fins 51 have a plurality of through-holes H which are arranged side by side along a first direction D1 on a main surface S. The heat transfer pipes 52 pass through the inside of a plurality of the through-holes of a plurality of the fins 51. A plurality of the through-holes H include even-numbered first stage through-holes H1 and even-numbered second stage through-holes H2. The even-numbered first stage through-holes H1 are arranged at an upstream side in a flow direction of a combustion gas rather than the even-numbered second stage through-holes H2 in a second direction D2. The number of the even-numbered first stage through-holes H1 is larger than the number of the even numbered second stage through-holes H2. Each of the even-numbered second stage through-holes H2 is arranged so as to be displaced from each of the even numbered first stage through-holes H1 in the first direction D1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】燃焼ガスの熱量が伝熱管へ伝達される効率を向上することができる熱交換器およびそれを備えた燃焼装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱交換器は複数のフィン51と伝熱管52とを備えている。複数のフィン51は主表面Sにおいて第1の方向D1に沿って並んで配置された複数の貫通孔Hを有している。伝熱管52は、複数のフィン51の各々の複数の貫通孔内を通る。複数の貫通孔Hは、偶数の第1段目貫通孔H1と偶数の第2段目貫通孔H2とを含んでいる。偶数の第1段目貫通孔H1は第2の方向D2において偶数の第2段目貫通孔H2よりも燃焼ガスの流れ方向における上流側に配置されている。偶数の第1段目貫通孔H1の数は偶数の第2段目貫通孔H2の数よりも多い。偶数の第2段目貫通孔H2の各々は偶数の第1段目貫通孔H1の各々から第1の方向D1にずれて配置されている。【選択図】図6
