Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict occurrence of freezing at a throttle valve due to a closed fastening of PCV valve.SOLUTION: There are provided: a first blow-by gas passage 31 connecting a crank case 15 within an engine with a downstream side intake passage 16 of a throttle valve 23; and a second blow-by gas passage 32 connecting the crank case 15 with an upstream side intake passage 16 of the throttle valve 23. Under a low load, a PCV valve 35 arranged at the first blow-by gas passage 31 is opened, and under a high load, the PCV valve 35 is closed.
