Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic applied using water which is well transferable to a small utensil and well spreadable on the skin, forms a uniform cosmetic film, gives an appropriate moisture-retaining feeling without a tight feeling after application and has excellent cosmetic durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid powder cosmetic which comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) 5.0-90.0 mass% of a hydrophobized powder, (b) 5.0-50.0 mass% of calcium carbonate and/or calcium sulfate, (c) 0.01-5.0 mass% of one or two or more surfactants selected from sorbitan isostearate, polyglyceryl-2 isostearate, polyglyceryl-2 diisostearate and polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate and (d) 0.1-10.0 mass% of a phytosterol fatty acid ester and is applied using water.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】小道具へのとれが良好で、肌への伸びがよく化粧膜が均一で、塗布後つっぱり感がなく適度な保湿感を有し、化粧持続性に優れた水を用いて使用することを特徴とする固形粉末化粧料を提供すること。【解決手段】次の成分（ａ）〜（ｄ）(ａ)疎水化処理粉末 ５．０〜９０．０質量％(ｂ)炭酸カルシウム、及び／または硫酸カルシウム ５．０〜５０．０質量％(ｃ)イソステアリン酸ソルビタン、イソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-２、ジイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-２、トリイソステアリン酸ポリグリセリル-２から選ばれる１種または２種以上の界面活性剤 ０．０１〜５．０質量％（ｄ）フィトステロール脂肪酸エステル ０．１〜１０．０質量％を含有し、水を用いて使用することを特徴とする固形粉末化粧料。【選択図】 なし
