Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which includes an externally added area on the surface, excellent in lubricity to a viscous water-containing substance, and its persistence, and especially, is suitably used as a container.SOLUTION: A structure includes a molding 1 molded in a prescribed shape, and an externally added area formed on the surface of the molding 1. The structure is such that: the externally added area has an externally added projection 3 comprising the mixture of a wax component and liquid 5, and formed on the molding 1 surface, and a ridge-valley surface formed by the distribution of the externally added projection 3; and in surface observation with a microscope, a ridge part ratio F which is defied by the following formula F=F/Fin which Fis a measurement surface, and Fis the total of projected areas occupied by a ridge part X having a projected area of 1,000 μmor more within the measurement surface F, is 0.5-0.9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粘稠な含水物質に対する滑性及びその持続性に優れた外添領域を表面に備えている構造体、特に容器として好適に使用し得る構造体を提供する。【解決手段】所定形状に成形されている成形体1、成形体1の表面に形成されている外添領域とを含む構造体において、前記外添領域は、ワックス成分と液体5との混合物からなり且つ成形体1表面に形成されている外添凸部3を有していると共に、外添凸部3の分布によって形成される山谷表面を有しており、マイクロスコープによる表面観察において、下記式:F=F1/F0、式中、F0は測定面積であり、F1は、前記測定面積F0内において、1000μm2以上の投影面積を有する山部Xが占める投影面積の和を示す、で定義される山部比率Fが0.5〜0.9であることを特徴とする構造体。【選択図】図1 |
