PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air-conditioning device that is able to improve immediate effectiveness of air-conditioning while ensuring comfort for a user.SOLUTION: A seat air-conditioning device 5 is used for a seat 11 disposed in a space 10 in a vehicle cabin, and is configured so as to be capable of setting a suction mode in which air is sucked from a surface side of at least the seat 11. The seat air-conditioning device 5 comprises a duct member 51 one end of which is connected to a rear-side opening 112a functioning as an exhaust part for air during the suction mode.
