Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of reducing an impact of hot air of a catalysis on vehicle components, while performing an early stage activation of the catalysis.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle comprises: a vehicle body frame; a single cylinder 4-stroke engine unit including a horizontal cylinder part 96 and a crank case part which are arranged so that a cylinder axis is aligned in a horizontal direction; oscillation support parts 105, 106, 108, 109 disposed in the single cylinder 4-stroke engine unit, and oscillatably supported by the vehicle body frame; and a main catalysis 100, which has a passage direction length longer than a maximum width in a direction perpendicular to the passage direction, an exhaust gas purification capability highest in an exhaust passage, and which is disposed in the left of a left end or the right of a right end of the oscillation support parts in a lateral direction of the saddle-riding type vehicle 80, and which is arranged to overlap at least a part of the oscillation support parts 105, 106, 108, 109 in a side view, and to overlap at least a part of the single cylinder 4-stroke engine unit in a top view or in a bottom view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
