PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent separation method that can readily recover a solvent removed from an exhaust atmosphere to readily maintain an exhaust route, and to provide a solvent separation device and a solvent separation system.SOLUTION: The solvent separation method includes: turning an impeller 71 stored in a storage space 63 of a casing 62 to take a gas 22 containing a gasified solvent 23 into the storage space from an intake port 64 of the casing; and cooling and liquefying the gasified solvent by a recovery surface 83 that is cooled so that the surface temperature thereof become lower temperature than the temperature of the gas to separate the solvent from the gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 排気雰囲気から除去した溶媒を容易に回収可能とし、排気経路のメンテナンスを容易に行うことができる、溶媒分離方法、溶媒分離装置及び溶媒分離システムを提供する。【解決手段】 ケーシング６２の収容空間６３に収容された羽根車７１を回転させることにより、気化した溶媒２３を含んだ気体２２を前記ケーシングの取り入れ口６４から前記収容空間に取り入れ、表面温度が前記気体の温度よりも低温となるように冷却された回収面８３で前記気化した溶媒を冷却し液化させることで、前記気体から前記溶媒を分離する。【選択図】図１
