Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of improving the QoE of a user, while suppressing the overhead related to control of a base station or the computational amount of control processing, and to provide a control method of the communication system, a control station and a base station.SOLUTION: In a communication system having multiple base stations disposed in each of multiple areas, and communicating with multiple terminals in each area disposed, and a control station for controlling the multiple base stations, the control station includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring terminal information indicating the state of communication from each of multiple terminals; a calculation unit for calculating the load amount indicating the load of communication processing in each of multiple base stations on the basis of the acquired terminal information; and a transmission unit for transmitting the load amount of each of multiple base stations, thus calculated, to each of multiple base stations. Each of multiple base stations includes: a reception unit for receiving the load amount from the base station; a collection unit for collecting environmental information indicating a communication environment in the disposed area; and a control unit for controlling the traffic in the disposed area, on the basis of the received load amount and the collected environmental information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 基地局の制御にかかるオーバーヘッドや制御処理の演算量を抑制しつつ、ユーザのQoEの向上を図ることができる通信システム、通信システムの制御方法、制御局および基地局を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 複数の領域の各々に配置され、配置された各領域内の複数の端末装置と通信を行う複数の基地局と、複数の基地局を制御する制御局とを有する通信システムであって、制御局は、複数の端末装置の各々から通信の状態を示す端末情報を取得する取得部と、取得した端末情報に基づいて、複数の基地局の各々における通信処理の負荷を示す負荷量を算出する算出部と、算出した複数の基地局の各々の負荷量を、複数の基地局の各々に送信する送信部とを備え、複数の基地局の各々は、制御局より負荷量を受信する受信部と、配置された領域における通信環境を示す環境情報を収集する収集部と、受信した負荷量と収集した環境情報とに基づいて、配置された領域における通信量を制御する制御部とを備える。【選択図】 図1
