Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a semi-permeable membrane support for a membrane separation activated sludge treatment which is excellent in strength, adhesive strength with a frame material and adhesive strength between a coated surface of the semi-permeable membrane support and a non-coated surface thereof, and adhesive property with the semi-permeable membrane, and to provide a membrane filter for a membrane separation activated sludge treatment which is resistant to shock, excellent in adhesive property with the frame material, and adhesive property between a fusion-spliced portion of the semi-permeable membrane support and the semi-permeable membrane, and a module using the membrane filter.SOLUTION: A semi-permeable membrane support for a membrane separation activated sludge treatment comprises: drawing polyester fiber; non-drawing polyester fiber as binder fiber; and core-in-sheath polyester compound fiber which includes copolymer polyester whose glass transition point is 40-80°C as a sheath part.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、強度が高く、フレーム材との接着強度及び半透膜用支持体の塗布面と非塗布面との接着強度に優れ、半透膜との接着性にも優れる膜分離活性汚泥処理用半透膜用支持体を実現し、衝撃に強く、フレーム材との接着性が良好であり、半透膜用支持体の融着部分と半透膜との接着性も良好な膜分離活性汚泥処理用濾過膜と該濾過膜を用いてなるモジュールを提供することである。【解決手段】膜分離活性汚泥処理用半透膜用支持体において、該半透膜用支持体は、延伸ポリエステル繊維と、バインダー繊維として未延伸ポリエステル繊維とガラス転移点が40〜80℃の共重合ポリエステルを鞘部とする芯鞘型ポリエステル複合繊維を含有してなる膜分離活性汚泥処理用半透膜用支持体。【選択図】なし |
