Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method of ultraviolet-curable coating and a manufacturing method of an ultraviolet-cured film which reduces VOC by substituting organic solvent for carbon dioxide and performing coating in specified conditions, is safely excellent in flatness and can provide the ultraviolet-cured film having an appearance quality.SOLUTION: A coating method of ultraviolet-curable coating and a manufacturing method of an ultraviolet-cured film includes: a process of supplying the ultraviolet-curable coating which contains ultraviolet-curable acrylic monomer to a mixer 31 in conditions of 8 MPa or more without diluting the ultraviolet-curable coating with organic solvent; a process of supplying carbon dioxide of a critical pressure or more to the mixer 31; a process of mixing the ultraviolet-curable coating and carbon dioxide supplied to the mixer 31 and forming mixed fluid; a process of forming a coated film by spraying the mixed fluid in conditions of the critical pressure or more of carbon dioxide; and a process of forming the ultraviolet-cured film by irradiating the coated film with ultraviolet rays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】有機溶剤を全て二酸化炭素に替え特定の条件のもとで塗工することにより、VOCを削減するとともに安全に平面性に優れ外観品位の良好な紫外線硬化膜が得られる紫外線硬化型塗料の塗工方法および紫外線硬化膜の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】紫外線硬化型塗料の塗工方法および紫外線硬化膜の製造方法は、紫外線硬化型アクリル系モノマーを含む紫外線硬化型塗料を有機溶剤で希釈することなく8MPa以上の条件で混合器31に供給する工程と、臨界圧力以上の二酸化炭素を混合器31に供給する工程と、混合器31に供給された紫外線硬化型塗料および二酸化炭素を混合して混合流体を形成する工程と、混合流体を、二酸化炭素の臨界圧力以上の条件で噴霧することにより塗膜を形成する工程と、塗膜に紫外線を照射することにより紫外線硬化膜を形成する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1
