PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor camera capable of reducing unbalance of light distribution in a cutout area of an image and improving image quality even when shaking of the camera is corrected.SOLUTION: A monitor camera includes an image sensor for picking up an image, a zoom lens which is arranged on the front surface of the image sensor and capable of changing the zoom magnification, a light source for illuminating an imaging range by the image sensor, a light source lens which is disposed on the front surface of the light source and capable of varying a light convergence rate, and a processor that cuts out a specific range in the image by shake correction of the image sensor and controls the zoom magnification and a light convergence rate. When performing the shake correction of the image sensor, the processor reduces the light convergence rate at the same zoom magnification as compared with the case where the shake correction of the image sensor is not performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】カメラの揺れを補正する場合でも、画像の切り出し範囲における配光の偏りを低減し、画質を向上できる監視カメラを提供する。【解決手段】監視カメラは、画像を撮像するイメージセンサと、イメージセンサの前面に配置され、ズーム倍率を可変なズームレンズと、イメージセンサによる撮像範囲を照明する光源と、光源の前面に配置され、集光率を可変な光源レンズと、イメージセンサの揺れ補正により画像における特定の範囲を切り出し、ズーム倍率及び集光率を制御するプロセッサと、を備える。プロセッサは、イメージセンサの揺れ補正を行う場合、イメージセンサの揺れ補正を行わない場合よりも、同一のズーム倍率における集光率を小さくする。【選択図】図３
