The first substrate has at least one first segment 511. The first wavelength conversion material is included in the first segment in order to convert light in a first wavelength band into light in a second wavelength band. The light in the second wavelength band is reflected by the first segment. The second substrate is disposed at a lateral side of the first substrate and has at least one second segment 521.
