PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for negative pole electrode capable of suppressing increase in viscosity, and to provide a method of manufacturing a negative pole electrode using the same.SOLUTION: A slurry for negative pole electrode used for obtaining the negative pole electrode of a power storage device contains a negative electrode active material, a binder component, carbon black, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and a dispersant. The binder component contains an anionic vinyl polymer having a carboxyl group and multifunctional amine.
