Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dispersion efficiency re-dispersing a toner aggregate in a liquid developer in a dispersion device.SOLUTION: Before a toner aggregate GT is rubbed against a net member 154 by a rotating plate member 156 and passes through the net member, a recovered developer KG (liquid developer) is irradiated with ions having a reverse polarity to the charging polarity of the recovered developer KG to eliminate (neutralize) an electric charge causing the toner to aggregate and reduce an aggregating force. Thus, the toner aggregate GT is easily broken down (easily collapsed) when being rubbed against the net member 154 by the plate member 156 and passing through the net member compared with a case where the toner aggregate is not irradiated with the ions and the electric charge is not eliminated, and dispersion efficiency of the toner aggregate GT in the recovered developer KG is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】分散装置におけるトナー凝集体を液体現像剤に再分散させる分散効率を向上させる。【解決手段】回転する板部材156によって網部材154に擦りつけられて通過する前に、回収現像剤KG(液体現像剤)の帯電極性と逆極性のイオンを回収現像剤KGに照射して、トナーを凝集させている電荷を除電(中和)し、凝集力を低下させている。よって、イオンを照射せず除電をしていない場合と比較し、板部材156によって網部材154に擦りつけられて通過する際にトナー凝集体GTが分解されやすい(解れ易い)。したがって、回収現像剤KGのトナー凝集体GTの分散効率が向上する。【選択図】図5
