Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installation even in a construction site with a low overhead clearance without excavating an installation ground of a horizontal multi-axis underground continuous wall excavator.SOLUTION: A turntable 2 where internal and external rings 2c, 2b are relatively rotated is incorporated in the upper part of a horizontal multi-axis underground continuous wall excavator body 1, and the inner ring 2c is built in the excavator body 1 and fixed. Movable pulleys (running block) 3 are disposed at intervals in a central space of this turntable 2, and the movable pulleys 3 and the turntable 2 are received in the inside of the horizontal multi-axis underground continuous wall excavator 1 to lower an overall height. Accordingly, even if it is a construction site of a small overhead clearance, it can be installed and constructed without excavating the installation ground and lowering installation surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水平多軸地中連続壁掘削機の設置地盤を掘削することなく空頭が低い施工現場においても設置可能とする。【解決手段】水平多軸地中連続壁掘削機本体1の上部に内外のリング2c、2bが相対的に回転するターンテーブル2を組み込んで内リング2cを掘削機本体1に内蔵させて固定し、このターンテーブル2の中央空間内に動滑車(ランニングブロック)3を間隔を空けて配設して動滑車3とターンテーブル2を水平多軸地中連続壁掘削機1の内部に収容して全高を低くし、空頭の小さな施工現場であっても設置地盤を掘削して設置面を低くすることなく設置して施工できるようにした。【選択図】図1 |
