Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin molded article having a complicated streamline pattern and a feeling close to natural marble by managing flow behavior of resins injected in a metal mold.SOLUTION: Resins of different colors are injected in a metal mold 1 to mold a resin molded article having a streamline pattern. The metal mold is equipped with a main resin injection port 2 at an end thereof, a main air vent 3 at another opposite end and at least one pair of an auxiliary resin injection port 4 having a switching control valve and an auxiliary air vent 5 on both sides of the metal mold in the direction toward the main air vent from the main resin injection port. In the course from resin injection from the main resin injection port and an injection stop to subsequent ventilation by opening the main air vent, the auxiliary air vents are opened and closed in the order of closer position to the main resin injection port and then the auxiliary resin injection ports pairing the opened and closed auxiliary air vents are opened to inject resin and closed to control flow behavior of the injected resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金型に注入する樹脂の流動挙動を操作することにより、複雑な流れ柄を有し、より天然大理石に近い風合いの樹脂成形品の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】色調の異なる樹脂を金型1内に注入して流れ柄を有する樹脂成形品を成形する為に、金型の一端部に主たる樹脂注入口2を備えて対向する他端部に主たるエアーベント3を備え、主たる樹脂注入口から主たるエアーベントに向けた方向の金型の両側部の各々に、開閉制御バルブを有する副たる樹脂注入口4及び副たるエアーベント5を少なくとも1組以上備えた金型装置において、主たる樹脂注入口からの樹脂注入と停止後に主たるエアーベントを開いて脱気するまでの過程で、主たる樹脂注入口からの配置位置が近い組の順に、副たるエアーベントを開いての脱気と閉止、閉止した副たるエアーベントと組みをなす副たる樹脂注入口を開いての樹脂注入と停止によって、注入する樹脂の流動挙動を制御する。【選択図】図1
