Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holding structure which can be simplified and is resistant to drop impact.SOLUTION: The battery holding structure is provided that comprises: a battery housing section (21a) in which a battery (6) is housed with a battery electrode directed toward a first direction; and a metal plate (44) which is in contact with the battery electrode and is electrically conducted to the battery. The battery holding structure is configured in such a way that: the metal plate is turnable in a plane orthogonal to the first direction; a dimension (L1) from a rotation axis to an outer edge most distant from the rotation axis is different from a dimension (L2) to the outer edge closest to the rotation axis; and when the metal plate turns a certain amount from an initial position where it does not turn, the battery is locked to fix the battery in the battery housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】構造の簡素化を図ることができ、落下衝撃に強い電池保持構造を提供すること。
