PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmission/reception system that enables a creation of a shared image having dynamic noise removed from an image acquired through shooting in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An image creation unit 26 provided in each vehicle 20 is configured to create a processing image as an image averaging a surround image received by the vehicle equipped with the image creation unit 26, and a surround image created in the vehicle 20. A communication unit provided in each vehicle 20 is configured to: set reception of the surround image in the vehicle 20 and transmission of the processing image in the vehicle as a delivery of the image for each vehicle 20; when the delivery is less than the prescribed number of times, set other vehicle 20 as a transmission object; and when the delivery is equal to or more than the prescribed number of times, set a management center 10 as a transmission object with the processing image to be transmitted by the communication unit as a shared image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両での撮影で取得された画像から、動的ノイズが除去された共用画像を生成することを可能とした画像送受信システムを提供する。【解決手段】各車両２０が備える画像生成部２６は、画像生成部２６を備える車両で受信された周囲画像と、その車両２０で生成された周囲画像とを平均化した画像として処理画像を生成し、各車両２０が備える通信部は、車両２０での周囲画像の受信とその車両での処理画像の送信とを車両２０ごとの画像の受け渡しとし、受け渡しが所定回数未満であるとき、他の車両２０を送信対象とし、受け渡しが所定回数以上になったとき、通信部が送信する処理画像を共用画像として管理センター１０を送信対象とする。【選択図】図１
