Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preload inspection method to be applied to a linear slide.SOLUTION: The preload inspection method to be applied to the linear slide includes the following steps. First of all, an external force is applied to the linear slide by an external force generation device. Simultaneously with the generation of the external force, the external force generation device transmits a striking signal. Continuously, a vibration signal that is generated when the linear slide is vibrated by receiving the external force is detected by a sensor. The striking signal from the external force generation device and the vibration signal from the sensor are then caught by a signal analyzer and on the basis of a result of catching, a preload of the linear slide is calculated. Through the steps, the preload of the linear slide can be accurately inspected without being influenced by environmental factors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】リニアスライドに適用する予圧検測方法を提供する。【解決手段】リニアスライドに適用する予圧検測方法のステップは下記のとおりである。まず外力生成装置によってリニアスライドに外力を加える。外力生成装置は外力を生成すると同時に打撃信号を発信する。続いて、リニアスライドが外力を受けて振動する際に生じた振動信号をセンサーによって検知する。続いて、外力生成装置からの打撃信号およびセンサーからの振動信号を信号分析器によってキャッチし、キャッチした結果に基づいてリニアスライドの予圧を計算する。上述したステップにより、環境要素の影響を受けることなく、リニアスライドの予圧を正確に検測することができる。【選択図】図1
