Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operation mechanism capable of reducing the number of components by executing a shift operation and a select operation of an automatic transmission for an automobile by one motor, and suppressing increase of a vehicle weight.SOLUTION: A shift operation device of an automatic transmission includes a shift member 2 including a plurality of first projections 3 and rotated at a fixed position, one motor 4 for rotating the shift member, a plurality of shift shafts 5 supported in a manner that they can be axially moved forward and backward and cannot be rotated, a return spring 7 for returning each shift shaft to a neutral position, shift forks 8, and second projections 9 disposed on each of the shift forks. The first projections 3 are kept into contact with outer peripheries of the second projections 9 in accompany with rotation of the shift member 2 to axially press and move the shift forks 8 with the shift shaft, and shift of the transmission is changed by displacement motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自動車用自動変速機のシフ操作とセレクト操作を1個のモータで行えるようにして部品数の削減、並びに車両重量増加の抑制を図ったシフト操作機構を実現して提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】自動変速機のシフト操作装置を、複数の第1突起3を備える定位置回転可能なシフト部材2と、そのシフト部材を回転させる1つのモータ4と、軸方向進退可能、かつ、回転不可に支持された複数のシフトシャフト5と、各シフトシャフトをニュートラル位置に戻す復帰ばね7と、シフトフォーク8と、各シフトフォークに設けられた第2突起9とを具備し、シフト部材2の回転に伴い第1突起3が第2突起9の外周に接してシフトフォーク8をシフトシャフトと共に軸方向に押し動かし、その変位動作で変速機のシフトが切り替わるように構成されたものにした。【選択図】図1 |
