Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply device capable of coping with fluctuation in a gas production amount and a gas consumption amount without causing a tank storing gas to get large in size even when producing the gas using unstable electric power derived from natural energy.SOLUTION: A gas supply device 10 comprises: a gas generator 20 which is driven with electric power generated by using natural energy and generates gas on the basis of input of the electric power; a storage tank 22 which stores the gas generated by the gas generator 20; a supply passage 24 which is provided with a main compressor 36 to suck the gas from the storage tank 22 and compress the same and supplies the gas compressed by the main compressor 36 to a dispenser 12; an intermediary pressure compressor 40 which sucks the gas from the storage tank 22 and compresses the same; and an intermediary pressure flow passage 26 which is provided with an intermediary pressure accumulator 42 storing the gas discharged from the intermediary pressure compressor 40 and can return the gas stored in the intermediary pressure accumulator 42 to the storage tank 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】自然エネルギー由来など、不安定な電力でガスを生成する場合でも、ガスを貯蔵するタンクが非常に大きなものにならず、ガス生成量およびガス使用量の変動に対処できるようにする。【解決手段】ガス供給装置10は、自然エネルギーを用いて発電された電力で駆動し、電力投入量に応じた量のガスを生成するガス生成器20と、ガス生成器20で生成されたガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンク22と、貯蔵タンク22からガスを吸引して圧縮するメイン圧縮機36が設けられ、メイン圧縮機36によって圧縮されたガスをディスペンサ12に供給する供給路24と、貯蔵タンク22からガスを吸引して圧縮する中間圧用圧縮機40と、中間圧用圧縮機40から吐出されたガスを貯留する中間蓄圧器42とが設けられ、中間蓄圧器42に貯留されたガスを貯蔵タンク22に戻すことができる中間圧用流路26と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
