Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curb an increase in a temperature of foundation concrete with high temperature equipment installed thereon.SOLUTION: A cooling system comprises: a storage section 55 which stores a gas turbine 53 and a generator 54 driven by the gas turbine 53; a ventilation mechanism 56 which ventilates an inside of the storage section; and a cooling unit 58 which is installed between a silencer (high temperature equipment) 57, placed on foundation concrete 52 outside the storage section 55, heated by waste heat of the gas turbine 53 and the foundation concrete 52, and has a passage section 62 penetrating the cooling unit 58 to communicate an inside of the storage section 55 with an outside thereof.
