PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction member for easily realizing level-raising construction of a drop lid type U-shaped side ditch and a gate type side ditch E requiring level-raising by overlay pavement A1.SOLUTION: In a member used for upper surface level-raising construction to an existing gate type side ditch E providing an opening part e3 in the middle in the longitudinal direction, an opposed edge part 3 having a lid placing surface 321 and a lid edge surface 311 formed in an L shape corresponding to a shape of a lid placing stage e4 of the opening part e3, is connected by a partition plate part 4 forming both-end outside parts of the opposed edge part 3 in a level-raising height at an interval at which the opposed edge part coincides with the opening part width inside, and a side ditch edge part 5 corresponding to a position and the length of the side edge of an upper surface part e2 of the side ditch and corresponding to the level-raising height, is provided on the extension of the opposed edge part 3 from a width directional end part of the partition plate part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】オーバーレイ舗装Ａ１によって嵩上げが必要となった落ち蓋式Ｕ字側溝及び門型側溝Ｅの嵩上げ施工を容易に実現する構築用部材を提供する。【解決手段】長手方向中間に開口部ｅ３を設けてなる既存の門型側溝Ｅに対して、上面嵩上げ構築のために使用する部材であって、前記開口部ｅ３の蓋載置段ｅ４の形状に対応するＬ状に形成した蓋載置面３２１及び蓋縁面３１１を備えた対向縁部３を、対向縁部が開口部幅内と一致する間隔で、対向縁部３の両端外側部分を嵩上げ高さに形成した仕切り板部４で連結すると共に、側溝の上面部ｅ２の側縁の位置及び長さに対応し、且つ嵩上げ高さと対応する側溝縁部５を前記仕切り板部４の幅方向端部から対向縁部３の延長上に設けてなる。【選択図】図６
