Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component aligning apparatus which aligns components by eccentrically oscillating and rotating a disk to which components are supplied on its upper face and can keep the posture of the components entering an alignment groove for aligning the components constant.SOLUTION: A component aligning apparatus comprises: a discoid disk 4 to which components 2 before alignment are supplied on an upper face thereof; a motor for rotating the disk 4; a guide part on which an alignment groove for aligning the components 2 is formed and which is arranged on the upper side of the disk 4, and an air injection mechanism which has an injection hole 7e disposed on the lower side of the disk 4 and in front of an entrance of the alignment groove and injects air upward from the injection hole 7e. The disk 4 eccentrically oscillates and rotates relative to an output shaft of the motor. In this component aligning apparatus, a mesh-like mesh part 4a is formed in an annular shape in a range of the disk 4, where the injection hole 7e is arranged, in a radial direction of the disk 4 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】上面に部品が供給されるディスクを偏心揺動回転させて部品を整列させる部品整列装置において、部品を整列させるための整列用溝に入る部品の姿勢を一定にすることが可能な部品整列装置を提供する。【解決手段】この部品整列装置は、整列前の部品2が上面に供給される円板状のディスク4と、ディスク4を回転させるためのモータと、部品2を整列させる整列用溝が形成されディスク4の上側に配置されるガイド部と、ディスク4の下側かつ整列用溝の入口手前に配置される噴射孔7eを有し噴射孔7eから上側に向かって空気を噴射する空気噴射機構とを備えており、ディスク4は、モータの出力軸に対して偏心揺動回転をする。この部品整列装置では、ディスク4の径方向におけるディスク4の、噴射孔7eが配置される範囲に、網目状をなす網目部4aが輪帯状に形成されている。【選択図】図3
