Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil for manufacturing a water pressure transfer film which is suitable for manufacturing the water pressure transfer film with an uneven structure excellently shaped when manufacturing the transfer foil, by which design including excellent brilliant property and high-class feeling can be given to a resin molding product, the water pressure transfer film, a manufacturing method of the water pressure transfer film using the transfer foil, and a decorative molding product using the water pressure transfer film.SOLUTION: A transfer foil for manufacturing a water pressure transfer film includes a release film, an extension suppressing resin layer, and a bright ink layer in this order. An uneven structure is arranged at least on a surface of the bright ink layer in the opposite side of the extension suppressing resin layer. Resin forming the extension suppressing resin layer includes resin A of which glass transformation temperature is 80°C or more.
