Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sorter of lead accumulator electrode plates capable of automatically classifying and discharging non-defective electrode plates, defective electrode plates, and electrode plates non-defective but defective in arrangement (angle), and automatically classifying and discharging the non-defective electrode plates and the defective electrode plates even when an accumulation device generates abnormalities.SOLUTION: An automatic sorter of lead accumulator electrode plates, arranged halfway in an accumulation transportation line which combines an electrode plate cutting device with an accumulation device, is an automatic sorter of lead accumulator electrode plates, the automatic sorter of lead accumulator electrode plates having a recording image inspection part and sorting means. The recording image inspection part judges the acceptability of an electrode plate recording image, the sorting means has three kinds of sorting means for non-defectives, defectives, and temporary discharge articles in accordance with the acceptabilty or input operation of the recording image, and the sorting comprising means comprises a sorting mechanism that sorts electrode plates transported continuously into areas located below the transportation line, a normal transportation mechanism located at a level nearly equal to the transportation line, and a discharge mechanism that discharges electrode plates transported continuously into areas located above the transportation line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】 良品の極板、不良品の極板及び良品であるが配置(角度)不良の極板を自動的に区分けして排出したり、集積装置に異常が発生した場合においても、良品の極板と不良品の極板を自動的に区分けして排出することができる鉛蓄電池の極板自動選別装置を提供する。【解決手段】 極板切断装置と極板を集積する集積装置とを結ぶ集積搬送ラインの途中に配置される鉛蓄電池の極板自動選別装置であって、前記極板自動選別装置は記録像検査部と選別手段を有し、前記記録像検査部は、極板の記録像の適否を判定し、選別手段は、前記記録像の適否又は入力操作に応じて、良品、不良品、及び一時排出品の3種の選別手段を有し、前記選別手段は、連続的に搬送される極板を搬送ラインの下側に位置する領域へ選別する選別機構と、搬送ラインと同程度の高さに位置する通常搬送機構と、搬送ラインの上側に位置する領域へ排出させる排出機構とを備える鉛蓄電池の極板自動選別装置。【選択図】 図3
