Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of processing for determining a correspondence between respective values of two color spaces.SOLUTION: Color correspondence information for associating a plurality of first kinds of representative color specification values of a first color space with a plurality of second kinds of representative color specification values of a second color space is generated as the following. N (N is an integer of two or more) colorimetric values associated with a first kind of a target color specification value is acquired. When a target color value of the first kind of target color specification value is determined to be located in a determination area, a second kind of a representative color specification value is determined on the basis of one or more second kind of candidate color specification values associated with one or more colorimetric values. When the target color value is not determined to be located in the determination area, a second kind of a representative color specification value is determined by using a first distance, a second distance, a first colorimetric value and a second colorimetric value. The first distance is a distance between a reference position determined by using the first colorimetric value and a second colorimetric value farther from a target color value than the first colorimetric value. The second distance is a distance between the second position and the target color value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】2つの色空間のそれぞれの値の間の対応関係を決定するための処理の負担を軽減する。【解決手段】第1色空間の複数の第1種の代表表色値と第2色空間の複数の第2種の代表表色値とを対応付ける色対応情報を以下のように生成する。第1種の注目表色値に対応付けられたN個(Nは2以上の整数)の測色値を取得する。第1種の注目表色値の目標色値が判断領域内に位置すると判断された場合、1以上の測色値に対応付けられる1以上の第2種の候補表色値に基づいて第2種の代表表色値を決定する。目標色値が判断領域内に位置すると判断されない場合、第1距離と第2距離と第1測色値と第2測色値とを用いて第2種の代表表色値を決定する。第1距離は、第1測色値を用いて決まる参照位置と、第1測色値よりも目標色値から遠い第2測色値と、の間の距離である。第2距離は、第2位置と目標色値との間の距離である。【選択図】 図1
