Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reduction in endurance of a thermoelectric conversion element while enhancing flexibility thereof.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element comprises: a porous base material having first and second faces and a hole portion; a thermoelectric material part including a thermoelectric material filled in a part of the hole portion; first wiring provided on the first face; and second wiring provided on the second face.
