Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component in which a magnetic top plate does not deform during reflow, and low profile can be achieved.SOLUTION: A coil component includes a drum core 20 having a wound core 21 and flanges 22, 23 provided at the opposite ends thereof, a wire W wound around the wound core 21, and a magnetic top plate 30 fixed to the flanges 22, 23. The magnetic top plate 30 contains magnetic powder-containing resin composed by admixing magnetic powder to binder resin. The binder resin has an acrylic acid ester copolymer as a principal chain, and has a crosslinked structure by urethane bond. The magnetic top plate 30 is not damaged when mounting and during actual use, even if it is made thin, and is never deformed during reflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】リフロー時に磁性天板が変形せず、且つ、低背化を実現可能なコイル部品を提供する。【解決手段】巻芯部21及びその両端に設けられた鍔部22,23を有するドラムコア20と、巻芯部21に巻回されたワイヤWと、鍔部22,23に固定された磁性天板30とを備える。磁性天板30は、バインダ樹脂に磁性粉を混合してなる磁性粉含有樹脂を含む。バインダ樹脂は、アクリル酸エステル共重合体を主鎖とし、且つ、ウレタン結合による架橋構造を有する。本発明によれば、磁性天板30の厚みを薄くしても、実装時や実使用時に破損することがなく、且つ、リフロー時に変形することもない。【選択図】図1 |
