PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a fine pattern and having a small height difference in regions having different heights in the fine pattern.SOLUTION: The structure has an elastic layer and a resin layer provided on the elastic layer. The resin layer has a fine pattern on a surface opposite to the elastic layer. The fine pattern includes a plurality of regions having different heights and includes the following configuration (1) or (2). (1) The Young's modulus of the elastic layer is 1 GPa or less.
