Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of vibration and improve durability in a support base in which a rotation drive around each axis of two axes orthogonal to each other is performed by a vibration type actuator.SOLUTION: In a support base 110, a pan motor and a tilt motor performing a rotation drive around each axis of a pan drive shaft and a tilt drive shaft orthogonal to each other are constituted of a vibration type actuators, respectively. The pan motor includes: a ring-shaped first vibrator 30; and a first rotor 3 that is rotationally driven by vibration excited by the first vibrator 30 with a center axis of the first vibrator 30 as a rotation center, and the tilt motor includes: a ring-shaped second vibrator 40; and a second rotor 5 that is rotationally driven by vibration excited by the second vibrator 40 with an axis orthogonal to a center axis of the second vibrator 40 as the rotation center. The first vibrator 30 and second vibrator 40 are concentrically arranged, and the tilt motor is rotationally driven together with the first rotor 3 by the drive of the pan motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】互いに直交する2軸の各軸回りの回転駆動を振動型アクチュエータにより行う支持台において、振動の発生を抑制すると共に耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】支持台110は、互いに直交するパン駆動軸とチルト駆動軸の各軸回りに回転駆動を行うパンモータとチルトモータをそれぞれ振動型アクチュエータにより構成する。パンモータは、リング状の第1の振動体30と、第1の振動体30に励起された振動により第1の振動体30の中心軸を回転中心として回転駆動される第1の回転体3とを有し、チルトモータは、リング状の第2の振動体40と、第2の振動体40に励起された振動により第2の振動体40の中心軸と直交する軸を回転中心として回転駆動される第2の回転体5とを有し、第1の振動体30と第2の振動体40とは同心円状に配置され、パンモータの駆動によりチルトモータが第1の回転体3と共に回転駆動される。【選択図】図1
