Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve which has a shock absorbing piston for reducing a shock in acceleration or deceleration and is capable of switching to two sorts of regulating pressures according to a signal (pressure) supplied from the outside in a state of being mounted to a hydraulic shovel.SOLUTION: A relief valve 10 comprises a valve seat 12 fixed to a retainer 11, a plunger 13 provided slidably on the retainer 11 engaged with the valve seat 12, and a sleeve 14 situated at a rear part of the plunger 13. A piston 15 is fittedly inserted in a slidable manner in an opening 14a of the sleeve 14. The piston 15 has a small diameter part 15a fittedly inserted in the sleeve 14 and the small diameter part 15a contacts with one end of a spacer 19. Spring members 20, 21 are installed between the plunger 13 and the spacer 19 and between the plunger 13 and the sleeve 16, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】加速、減速時のショックを低減させるため緩衝用のピストンを有し、かつ、油圧ショベルに搭載された状態で、外部から供給される信号(圧力)により、二種類の規制する圧力への切り替えが可能なリリーフ弁を提供。【解決手段】リリーフ弁10はリテーナ11に固定された弁座12と、弁座12に係合したリテーナ11に摺動自在に設けられたプランジャ13と、プランジャ13の後部に位置したスリーブ14と、を備える。スリーブ14の開口部14aにはピストン15が摺動自在に嵌挿されている。ピストン15は小径部15aがスリーブ14に嵌挿されており、該小径部15aがスペーサ19の一端に接触している。プランジャ13とスペーサ19、プランジャ13とスリーブ16との間にはばね部材20、21が装着されている。【選択図】図1
