Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fabric providing extensibility, repulsive property and extension recoverability without containing an elastic yarn in the fabric and having excellent color fastness and soft feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an elastic fabric where an elastomer resin compound adheres to a fiber surface of the fabric, single yarns each other of the fiber contained in the fabric have no adhesion aggregation due to adhesion of the elastomer resin compound and maintaining a single state, characterized that the elastomer resin compound in a treatment liquid is adhered to at least fiber surface of the fabric by emulsifying the elastomer resin compound in advance, impregnating the fabric into the treatment liquid containing the emulsion and conduction a soft cloth treatment in the treatment liquid, the fabric is shrunk at 10 to 50% as average in a warp and a weft directions apparently in a dyeing process, the fabric contains 30 wt.% or more of crimped yarns having crimped elongation rate of 20 to 60%, and the fabric consists of warp knitted with yarn length of the crimped yarns of 900 to 2200 mm/rack and loop number of 2500 to 4000/inch.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】布帛に弾性糸を含まずとも、伸長性と弾発性、並びに伸長回復性を得られ、かつ、優れた染色堅牢度と、ソフトな風合いを有する布帛の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】エラストマー樹脂化合物が布帛の繊維表面に付着しており、かつ、布帛に含まれる繊維の単糸同士が、エラストマー樹脂化合物の付着による接着凝集がなく、単独の状態を保っている伸縮性布帛の製造方法であって、エラストマー樹脂化合物を予めエマルジョン化しておき、該エマルジョンを含有した処理液に布帛を浸漬し、かつ処理液中で柔布処理し、処理液中のエラストマー樹脂化合物を布帛の少なくとも繊維表面に付着させること、染色加工の工程において布帛を見掛け上、経緯方向の平均として10〜50%収縮させること、布帛が、20〜60%の捲縮伸長率を有する捲縮加工糸を30重量%以上含むこと、及び布帛が経編からなり、捲縮加工糸の糸長が900〜2200mm/ラックであり、ループ数が2500〜4000個/inch2であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
