Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag easily manufactured and capable of increasing a gas flow-out amount from the air bag during binding of a nearby occupant, and an air bag device.SOLUTION: An air bag 1 has: a first panel body 10 on an instrument panel side; and a second panel body on an occupant side. The first panel body 10 has a development part 12 which can be expanded and developed into a tapered cylindrical shape larger in diameter toward a tip side. The base end side of the second panel body 20 servers as a fitting port 21 smaller in bore diameter than the maximum bore diameter of the development part 12. The fitting port 21 is locked to the development part 12 during the expansion of the air bag 1. During binding of a nearby occupant, gas can flow out through a clearance C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製造が容易であり、また近接乗員拘束時におけるエアバッグ内からのガス流出量を多くすることが可能なエアバッグ及びエアバッグ装置を提供する。【解決手段】エアバッグ1はインストルメントパネル側の第1パネル体10と、乗員側の第2パネル体とを有する。第1パネル体10は、先端側ほど拡径したテーパ筒状に膨張展開可能な展開部12を有する。第2パネル体20の基端側は、展開部12の最大口径よりも口径が小さい嵌合口21となっている。エアバッグ1の膨張時には嵌合口21が展開部12に係止される。近接乗員拘束時には、クリアランスCを介してガスが流出可能である。【選択図】図1
