Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of accurately measuring fluid temperature and temperature distribution in a fluid without increasing fluid resistance of the fluid flowing in a channel.SOLUTION: A reactor includes a heat exchanger having a heat transfer medium channel in which a heat transfer medium flows and a reaction channel in witch a reaction fluid flows, and a detection unit for detecting temperature of a fluid flowing in at least one channel of the heat transfer medium channel and the reaction channel. An installation hole extending at a position of a channel and a twist of the heat exchanger is formed so as to have an opening communicating with at least one of the channels. The detection unit is installed at the opening so as to contact the fluid flowing in the channel and a fluid-guiding hole is formed along the channel from the opening of the installation hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 流路を流通する流体の流体抵抗を増加させずに内部の流体温度や温度分布を的確に測定できる反応装置を提供する。【解決手段】反応装置は、熱媒流体を流通させる熱媒流路と反応流体を流通させる反応流路とを内部に有する熱交換体と、熱媒流路及び反応流路の少なくとも一方の流路を流通する流体の温度を検出する検出部とを有し、熱交換体は、少なくとも一方の流路に連通する開口部を有するように流路とねじれの位置に延伸する設置孔が形成されて、検出部が流路を流通する流体に接触可能なように開口部に検出部が設置され、設置孔の開口部から流路に沿って流体誘導孔が形成される。【選択図】 図1 |
