PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper in which an absorbent is lifted to the body side of a wearer and the waste excreted by the wearer is prevented from leaking out to the outside, and the sagging and twist of the absorbent are suppressed, and thereby the sluggish feeling accompanying a sense of incongruity of a crotch part being felt by the wearer is reduced.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper is characterized as follows: an absorbing element having an absorbent for absorbing the waste excreted by a wearer is provided in the central part of a width direction of an inner body; three-dimensional gathers for preventing leakage of the waste to the outside and extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in the right-left side of the width direction of the absorbing element; a liquid-impermeable elastic stretchable sheet is provided in the central part of the width direction of an anti-body surface of the absorbing element; 50% or more of the anti-body surface of the elastic stretchable sheet are fixed in an exterior body; 50% or more of the body surface of the elastic stretchable sheet is fixed in the absorbing element; the length of the width direction of the elastic stretchable sheet is made 55-90% of the length of the width direction of the absorbent, in the state where an elongation rate of the elastic stretchable sheet in the longitudinal direction is 125-145%; and the tensile strength of the elastic stretchable sheet in the longitudinal direction at the time when the length of the width direction in the natural length is 50 mm is made 0.19-0.45 N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】装着者の身体側に吸収体を引き上げ、装着者から排泄された排泄物の外部への漏れ出しを防止すると共に、吸収体の垂れ下がり、よじれを抑制して装着者が感じる股間部の違和感に伴うもたつき感を低減する使い捨ておむつを提供する。【解決手段】内装体の幅方向の中央部に、装着者から排泄される排泄物を吸収する吸収体を有する吸収要素を設け、吸収要素の幅方向の左右側に、排泄物の外部への漏れを防止する前後方向に延在する立体ギャザーを設け、吸収要素の反身体面の幅方向の中央部に、液不透過性の弾性伸縮シートを設け、弾性伸縮シートの反身体面の５０％以上を外装体に固定し、弾性伸縮シートの身体面の５０％以上を吸収要素に固定し、弾性伸縮シートの前後方向の伸長率を１２５〜１４５％とした状態において、弾性伸縮シートの幅方向の長さを、吸収体の幅方向の長さの５５〜９０％にし、自然長時の幅方向の長さが５０ｍｍ時の弾性伸縮シートの前後方向の引張強度を０．１９〜０．４５Ｎにしたことにより解決される。【選択図】図７
