Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clad plate which has an austenite/ferrite duplex stainless steel as a heat generation layer and pure aluminum or aluminum alloy as a heat-transfer layer and is suitable as a raw material of a receptacle for an IH cooker since it is excellent in forming workability into the receptacle and provides excellent corrosion resistance of an outer layer surface of the receptacle compared to a conventional clad plate obtained by using ferritic stainless steel as the heat generation layer.SOLUTION: The clad plate is provided that has two or more layers, namely, an IH heat generation layer and a heat-transfer layer and that is used as a forming raw material of a receptacle for an induction heating cooker, The IH heat generation layer is composed of an austenite/ferrite duplex stainless steel which has a chemical composition with a Cr equivalent of over 21 mass% and a ratio (Cr equivalent/Ni equivalent) of 2.0 to 3.0 and has metallographic structure with an area ratio of a ferrite phase of 40 to 70%. The heat-transfer layer is joined to the IH heat generation layer and is composed of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発熱層としてのオーステナイト・フェライト二相ステンレス鋼と伝熱層としての純アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金とを有し、従来のフェライト系ステンレス鋼を発熱層として用いたクラッド板に比べて、器物への成形加工性に優れ、さらに器物の外層面の耐食性に優れることから、IH調理器用器物の素材として好適なクラッド板を提供する。【解決手段】Cr当量が21質量%を超え、比(Cr当量/Ni当量)が2.0〜3.0である化学組成を有するとともに、フェライト相の面積率が40〜70%である金属組織を有するオーステナイト・フェライト二相ステンレス鋼からなるIH発熱層と、IH発熱層に接合されるとともに純アルミニウムもしくはアルミニウム合金からなる伝熱層とを有する2層以上を備え、誘導加熱調理器用器物の成形素材として用いられるクラッド板である。【選択図】なし
