Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic warehouse, which can shorten time required in conveyance by solving the problems that a lane on which a conveying carriage travels becomes longer as the number of conveyance objects becomes enormous, which increases travelling time of the conveying carriage so that it takes more time to enter and deliver the objects.SOLUTION: In an automatic warehouse, storage shelves 7 are arrayed along cargo room conveyance paths 1 arranged in parallel, a storage shelf 7 group is divided into a plurality of sections in a direction of the cargo room conveyance paths 1, and movable cargo room conveying carriers 2 that can freely move along the cargo room conveying paths 1 are arranged at the sections. Between the sections are arranged entering/delivering conveyance paths 4 to be orthogonal to the cargo room conveying paths 1, and in the entering/delivering conveyance path 4 are adjacently provided transfer devices 3 that enter and deliver a conveyance article 9 and are movably arranged entering/delivering conveying carriages 5. The cargo room conveying carriages 2 and the entering/delivering conveying carriages 5 stop adjacently and then transfer the conveyance object 9, between the cargo room conveying carriages 2 and the entering/delivering conveying carriages 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自動倉庫において、搬送物の収納個数が膨大なるに従って搬送台車が走行するレーンも長くなってしまい、搬送台車の走行時間が増大し、入出庫に時間を要するといった課題を解決して、搬送時間を短縮した自動倉庫を提供する。【解決手段】並列に配置した荷物室搬送路1に沿って格納棚7を配列し、格納棚7群を荷物室搬送路1の方向に複数の区画に分割し、各区画に荷物室搬送路1に沿って移動自在な荷物室搬送台車2を配備する自動倉庫であって、夫々の区画間に、入出庫搬送路4を荷物室搬送路1と直交して配置し、各入出庫搬送路4には搬送物9を入出庫させる移載装置3を隣接させると共に入出庫搬送台車5が移動自在に配備され、荷物室搬送台車2と入出庫搬送台車5が隣接停止し、搬送物9を荷物室搬送台車2と入出庫搬送台車5の間で移載する自動倉庫。【選択図】図1 |
