Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of fuel from a fuel tank when an outboard motor is tilted up.SOLUTION: A fuel tank 40 comprises: a tank boy 41 for storage of fuel; a cylindrical filler pipe 43 provided with an upper extension part 44A which is extended upward from the top surface of the tank body 41 and has an oil filler port 48 in an upper part, and with a lower extension part 44B which is extended inside the tank body 41 and has a bottom 50 in a lower part; and a fuel tank cap 60 closing the oil filler port 48. The bottom 50 of the lower extension part 44B is provided with, at a position deviated to the front side of an outboard motor 10, a fuel inflow port 53 for letting the fuel flow in the tank body 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】船外機をチルトアップしたときに、燃料が燃料タンクから漏れ出てしまうことを防止することを目的とする。【解決手段】燃料タンク40は、燃料が貯留されるタンク本体41と、タンク本体41の上面から上向きに延出し上部に給油口48を有する上方延出部44A、および、タンク本体41内に延出し下部に底部50を有する下方延出部44Bが設けられた筒状のフィラーパイプ43と、給油口48を塞ぐ燃料タンクキャップ60と、を備え、下方延出部44Bの底部50は、船外機10の前側に偏倚した位置にタンク本体41内に燃料を流入させる燃料流入口53が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
