Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy-duty anticorrosive metal workpiece excellent in durability that does not easily peel off or corrode even under severe corrosive environments such as road materials, building materials, drainage materials etc.SOLUTION: Provided is a heavy-duty anticorrosive metal workpiece having on the surface of a metal workpiece a chemical conversion treatment film layer, an epoxy primer layer and a ternary copolymer heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer in this order, and in which, characterized, the chemical conversion treatment film layer contains a phosphoric acid salt compound magnesium phosphate and/or calcium phosphate, and a silica microparticle, and is formed by treating the metal workpiece with an acidic treatment liquid whose pH is adjusted to 3 or less; the epoxy primer layer is produced by baking and drying; and the ternary copolymer heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer is composed of a resin composition containing, as main components, a linear low-density polyethylene, a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, and a maleic anhydride modified ethylene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】道路資材、建築資材、排水資材などの厳しい腐食環境下においても、容易に剥離、腐食が発生することのない耐久性に優れる重防食金属加工物の提供。【解決手段】金属加工物の表面に、化成処理皮膜層、エポキシプライマー層および三元共重合体重防食被覆層をこの順に有する重防食金属加工物であって、前記化成処理皮膜層は、リン酸塩化合物であるリン酸マグネシュウムおよび/またはリン酸カルシュウムと、シリカ微粒子とを含有し、pHを3以下に調整された酸性処理液を用いて前記金属加工物を処理して形成されるものであり、前記エポキシプライマー層は焼付け乾燥して得られるものであり、前記三元共重合体重防食被覆層は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンと、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーと、無水マレイン酸変性エチレン樹脂とを主成分とする樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする重防食金属加工物。【選択図】図1
