Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle time information with no deviation in each OS in a configuration in which an external measuring device is connected to a biological information monitor in which a plurality of OSs operate.SOLUTION: A biological information monitor 10 acquires vital signs of a subject via measuring sensors 21 and 22, and is connected to an ultrasonic measuring device 30, which measures biological information on the subject. A master clock 18 manages common time information which is time information common among pieces of hardware. A first OS 11 manages inherent first time information. A second OS 12 manages inherent second time information, and is connected to the ultrasonic measuring device 30. The first OS 11 reads out common time information when a predetermined event occurs, and updates the first time information using the common time information. The second OS 12 reads out the common time information when a predetermined event occurs, updates the second time information using the common time information, and notifies the ultrasonic measuring device 30 of the common time information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数のOSが動作する生体情報モニタに外部測定装置が接続する構成において、各OSにおいてズレの無い時刻情報を扱う。【解決手段】生体情報モニタ10は、測定センサ21、22を介して被験者のバイタルサインを取得すると共に、被験者の生体情報を測定する超音波測定装置30と接続する。マスタークロック18は、ハードウェアで共通の時刻情報である共通時刻情報を管理する。第1OS11は、内部固有の第1時刻情報を管理する。第2OS12は、内部固有の第2時刻情報を管理すると共に超音波測定装置30と接続する。第1OS11は、所定イベントの発生時に共通時刻情報を読み出し、共通時刻情報を用いて前記第1時刻情報を更新する。第2OS12は、所定イベントの発生時に共通時刻情報を読み出し、共通時刻情報を用いて第2時刻情報を更新すると共に、共通時刻情報を超音波測定装置30に通知する。【選択図】図1
