Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress contact of a pair of terminal parts.SOLUTION: In a wire connection method of a commutator, an edge part 32 of a supporting member 14 is inserted to between a bridging member part 62 at a space of a pair of engaged parts 60 in conductive wires 58 engaged to each of adjacent wire connection claws 56 and adjacent segment parts 54 from one side of an axial direction of a commutator 50. Further, the bridging member part 62 is pressed from one side of the axial direction of the commutator 50 at an inclined surface 30 formed in the supporting member 14. Thereby, the bridging member part 62 is lifted to an external side of the radial direction of commutator 50 to the adjacent segment part 54. A pair of terminal parts 64 is formed from the bridging member part 62 by being cut the bridging member part 62. After that, the supporting member 14 is moved to the other side from one side of the axial direction of the commutator 50. Thereby, the pair of terminal parts 64 are taken up in the external side of radial direction of the commutator 50 to the adjacent segment parts 54 at the inclined surface 30 of the supporting member 14 when the pair of terminal parts 64 is hooked to the adjacent wire connection claws 56 by being bent in a hook state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】一対の端末部同士が接触することを抑制する。【解決手段】整流子の結線方法では、隣り合う結線爪56にそれぞれ係止された導線58における一対の被係止部60間の橋絡部62と、隣り合うセグメント部54との間に整流子50の軸方向一方側から支持部材14のエッジ部32を挿入すると共に、支持部材14に形成された傾斜面30で橋絡部62を整流子50の軸方向一方側から押圧することにより、橋絡部62を隣り合うセグメント部54に対して整流子50の径方向外側に持ち上げる。また、橋絡部62を切断して橋絡部62から一対の端末部64を形成した後、支持部材14を整流子50の軸方向一方側から他方側へ移動させることにより一対の端末部64をフック状に折り曲げて隣り合う結線爪56に引っ掛ける際に、支持部材14の傾斜面30で一対の端末部64を隣り合うセグメント部54に対して整流子50の径方向外側にすくい上げる。【選択図】図7
