Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of imparting an ion conductivity by immersion of an electrolyte film precursor in a process liquid.SOLUTION: When immersing an electrolyte film precursor in a process liquid to impart ion conductivity to the electrolyte film precursor, a belt-shaped precursor member including the belt-shaped electrolyte film precursor is transported into a plurality of treatment sections storing the process liquid and separated along a transporting direction in turn, and the belt-shaped precursor member is immersed in the process liquid for each treatment section. The transportation of the belt-shaped precursor member is performed to the treatment sections separated so as to suppress the turbidity of the process liquid between adjacent treatment sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】処理液への電解質膜前駆体の浸漬を経たイオン伝導性の付与効率を高める。【解決手段】電解質膜前駆体を処理液に浸漬させて、該電解質膜前駆体にイオン伝導性を付与するに当たり、帯状の電解質膜前駆体を含む帯状前駆体部材を、処理液を貯留して搬送方向に沿って区画された複数の処理区域に順次搬送して、帯状前駆体部材を処理区域ごとに処理液に浸漬する。帯状前駆体部材の順次搬送は、隣り合う処理区域における処理液の混濁を抑制するよう区画された処理区域に対して行われる。【選択図】図2 |
